Season after season, the overall is the most popular item in the collection. Since the beginning of Kid’s Stuff [Trucs d’enfants] customers have been asking for this item in adult size; they are envious of the softness of the materials with reason! Having worked in the the women's apparel industry, adding a women's piece to the collection was natural to me. It was a way to express my creativity and to link the women’s fashion world to the kid’s one while creating a comfortable piece easy to wear by all.
As a marketing intern since January 2018, Sixtine has been involved in the development process of the adult overalls. We developed the product together, giving me her opinion on the cut of the garment and discussing the practicality of certain elements. The adult overall is now named after her, in homage to the wonderful work she has done by my side since the beginning.

The overalls quickly became my favourite piece of Kid’s Stuff [Trucs d’enfants] collection. Convenient, modern and cosy, it’s a piece of clothing that you can, to my opinion, easily dress up and dress down. I see myself wearing this comfy yet stylish garment. I learned a lot during my internship working with Mary-Jo. I loved working with her and developing the overalls with her! It’s a real honour that she named the overalls after my name.

[La salopette est sans contredit l’item le plus populaire de la collection et ce, saison après saison. Depuis le tout début de Kid’s Stuff [Trucs d’enfants], les clientes me demandent cet item en taille adulte; la douceur des matières leur fait envie et avec raison! Ayant travaillé en design de mode dans l’industrie du vêtement pour femmes, l’ajout d’une pièce pour femme à la collection de vêtements pour enfants allait de soi. C’était une façon pour moi d’exprimer ma créativité et de lier l’univers de la mode pour femme à celui de la mode enfantine tout en créant une pièce confortable et facile à porter pour toute.
Stagiaire en marketing depuis janvier 2018, Sixtine a pris part au développement de la salopette pour adulte. Nous avons développé ce produit ensemble, en me donnant son opinion sur la tombée de celle-ci ainsi qu’en discutant de l’aspect pratique de certains éléments. La salopette pour adulte porte maintenant son nom en hommage au merveilleux travail qu’elle a accompli à mes côté depuis.]

[Lors de mon stage chez Kid’s Stuff[ Trucs d’enfants ] la salopette est vite devenue mon morceau coup de cœur de la collection. Pratique, moderne et confortable, c’est une pièce que l’on peut facilement dress up, dress down que je me voyais bien porter! J’ai beaucoup appris en travaillant avec Mary-Jo et j’ai vraiment adoré développer ce produit avec elle ! C’est un vrai honneur que la salopette porte aujourd’hui mon prénom !]
